Vitality Modification Company LLC (“VMC”) makes no claims, representations, or warranties—express or implied—regarding the safety, reliability, durability, or performance of our products. We accept no liability for any damages (direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use or misuse of our products. You (“Customer”) assume full responsibility for using each product as intended. By authorizing VMC to perform work on your firearm(s) or item(s), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VMC, its employees, officers, and agents from any liability or costs (including attorney’s fees) resulting from our services.

Deposits:

• A 50% deposit is required upon receiving your firearm(s)/item(s) for finishing.
• Deposits can be paid by check, money order, cash, or credit card and will be applied to your final invoice.
• If you cancel before any work is performed, your deposit is returned minus any supply or shipping costs.
• Once work begins, you are charged for the work performed.
• A deposit is required before any work starts unless otherwise noted in writing by a VMC manager.

Payments:

• Full payment is required before your firearm/item is returned.
• Deposits apply to your final bill.
• Failure to pay will result in your firearm/item being held as collateral. If payment is not received within 30 days, a $20 late fee and a recurring monthly charge of 3% will be added. After two months, we reserve the right to transfer your firearm to our FFL and, if necessary, seize it as property of VMC.
• Your deposit will not be returned, and we may refuse future business.

Limited Warranty & Lifetime Guarantee:

• VMC provides a lifetime guarantee on our finishes—we will re-coat any area where the finish wears off (excluding damage from abuse) at no additional cost.
• We clearly explain expected results; however, VMC is not liable for misunderstandings regarding custom finishes (including finish suitability, safety, durability, or appearance).
• Custom work is unique and hand-painted; slight tonal variations may occur.
• Every job undergoes stringent quality control before and after each step, thanks to our decades of experience and proprietary process.

Pre-Work Procedures:

• Certain procedures (complete disassembly, removal of factory coatings, degreasing, sandblasting, Parkerizing, and masking) are necessary for optimal finishing.
• Sights, optics, or aiming equipment must be removed, which may result in a loss of zero

Handling & Liability:

• VMC takes extreme care in handling your firearm(s)/item(s). However, due to age, damage, or corrosion, some parts may fail during disassembly or assembly.
• You agree not to hold VMC responsible for any damage incurred during our refinishing services. Replacement parts will be charged if required.
• Additional fees may apply for excessively dirty or rusted equipment; we will provide honest pricing after inspection.
•  If your firearm/item is shipped disassembled, it will be returned in the same condition.

Photography & Privacy:

• VMC reserves the right to photograph work for use on our website, without disclosing personal information unless permission is provided.
• For dealer or consignment items, we will post location details only upon request.

By having work completed through VMC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, whether or not this paperwork is signed. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions.
